This graphical organizer can help students create a framework for a well-supported paper.  Once they have written a strong thesis, they work on topic sentences (which typically become the first sentences in the body paragraphs).  Examples are added that support the topic sentences.  For longer papers, more than one planning sheet may be necessary.
